The property consists of thirty-three individually-owned units, equipped with kitchen (microwave oven, stove, fridge, coffeemaker, silverware, dinnerware and kitchen utensils) and air conditioning unit. Management provides the room with bed linen and bath towels. Each unit is prepared to accommodate a specific amount of persons, not to be exceeded at any time.
